Purpose

Provides free cervical and breast screening to qualified members through the partnered medical association of Cagayan de Oro City.

Section II

Scope

All MIGS members with at least 5 years of membership based within Cagayan de Oro City.

Medical Association – CDO
JR Borja Hospital – check-up and laboratory services

Section IV

Schedule

Every 2nd Saturday of the month — JR Borja Hospital only

Section V

Eligibility Guidelines

1.1 MIGS with at least 5 years membership and above
1.2 Class AA, A, or B
1.3 25 years old and above
1.4 Benefit can only be availed once
